Beautiful ride, excellent bikes. Too busy at Johnston Canyon and not that exciting. Pick a tour without Johnston Canyon.

My husband and I really enjoyed the bike tour. It wasn't strenuous and it was a beautiful ride. The guides were very patient and helpful. When you get to Johnston Canyon, you can see the lower falls without having to deal with parking. This saved us a drive to the canyon. Highly recommend, especially when this section of the Bow Valley Parkway is closed to vehicles, at certain times during the summer.

Excellent tour with Dillon. For the time of year(early Sept, after Labor Day) the hiking trail was quite crowded. However, the biking portion on the Bow Valley Pkwy was closed to vehicles making it excellent! Just sorry we didn’t see much wildlife.

I had never eBiked before so didn't know what to expect - but it was SUPER AWESOME! Despite being a very busy day with lots of cyclists on the trail and road, it was such a great adventure. Dylan was professional and did a great job of teaching how to use the bike. The weather was perfect and although we didn't see any wildlife, it was a great time. The hike was very crowded but good. Bill had a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm about the area, and was very personable. Highly recommend this adventure!

We had such a fantastic time on the e-Bike and Johnston Creek hike. Everyone we encountered at White Mountain Adventures was incredibly kind and helpful, especially our tour guide Megs. She did such a great time keeping an eye out for us all on the bike ride to make sure no one got too far behind, and had us stop at the most beautiful spots. She also shared some fun information about Banff - some fun history and interesting facts about some of the animals / nature. The e-Bikes were really fun and easy to operate. We especially loved getting to bike on the Bow Valley Parkway which was closed to vehicles. Johnston Canyon was really nice as well and a very accessible hike for all levels, with a beautiful waterfall.

The bike ride was fantastic and the ebikes where of nice quality. We passed the Vermillion Lakes and road the Bow Valley Parkway which was closed to cars. Very easy to get comfortable with the bikes. Our guides where extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Johnston Canyon was super busy with people. Would suggest going early or late to avoid crowds as much as possible.

The tour was a lot fun!! The bikes were easy to learn and a blast to ride. Our guide Michael was excellent, safety concious and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We did the Johnston Canyon ebike and hike with Dylan and Bill. Both were great guides with lots of info about the area. The ebikes were powerful but easy to handle, even for members of the group who had never ridden one. The hike to the lower falls of Johnston Canyon was relatively easy - very little elevation change. It is a popular hike, however, and the trail is narrow so there isn't a lot of space to stop and enjoy the scenery.
